I started using a camera when I was just a child, back then I sent my 126 mm film out in a mailer to have it developed and the pictures printed.

Since then, I have earned two degrees in photography, An AAS from Herkimer CCS and another from Mohawk Valley CCS. I started out working in the dark room at the National Baseball Hall of Fame then on to working at The Daily Star as a staff photographer for 8+ years. I have been self employed for 25 years.

A lot has changed from the manual camera and black and white film in a darkroom. Digital photography and photoshop evolved the whole dynamics of photography to another level. Color photographs, changed to black and white with color added back in, gives photography art in another form. Old photos can be restored. Ring bearers and flower girls can be added to photos after they are “not in the mood”. Funny things that somehow ”jumped” into the photo can be removed
